Arnold Oil Company is pleased to announce Ashlee Arnold, Vice President of Arnold Oil Company, was awarded the Auto Care Association Impact Award in Washington D.C. The award recognizes professionals in the automotive aftermarket industry who are under the age of 40 who have made remarkable contributions within the auto care industry. They have shown hard work, dedication, leadership, and have made great strides in the automotive industry. She was also named Secretary of the Board of Governors for the Automotive Warehouse Distributors Association (AWDA). Besides the Impact Award, she was also named an Auto Care Ambassador.
When asked her thoughts on receiving the Impact Award, Ashlee Arnold said,
“It is very moving and heart-warming to be recognized for something that I am extremely passionate about doing. I’ve been in the industry my entire life. The relationships I’ve built in the industry while trying to advocate change has been so rewarding. The automotive industry is what keeps America moving. I’m glad to have the opportunity to advocate for change that will have a positive impact.”
Ashlee Arnold will also be participating in the Legislative Summit Briefing, Thursday, September 19, in Washington D.C. The event consists of in-depth briefings on the industry’s most pressing policy issues and face-to-face meetings with members of Congress and their staff. Over 400 industry leaders will be in Washington D.C. advocating for change. Items that will be discussed are telematics, consumers’ access to their vehicles data, and the automotive technician’s right to repair. The Legislative Summit ends Thursday, September 19.
