Along with the rest of the world, the Management Team at Arnold Oil Company and A-Line Auto Parts has been closely monitoring the dynamic situation of COVID-19.
Above all, the health and well-being of our employees and our customers remains as our highest priority, and we will continue to act thoughtfully and responsibly despite the disruption and uncertainty COVID-19 brings to our daily lives.
Our focus remains on two key priorities: Caring for the health and well-being of our employees and our customers, and continuing to provide quality products and services to our customers in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner.
Since a large portion of the goods and products we consume on a daily basis come from China, there is no question as to the adverse effect COVID-19 is having on the supply chain. We are working closely with our suppliers and vendors to ensure that we be able to continue providing quality parts to our customers. While it is a possibility there may be some disruptions, we will work to minimize the effect on our customers.
Our Pandemic Task Force is working closely with the Texas Department of Health and the Center for Disease Control to provide the safest environment possible for our employees and our customers. While we do not expect to temporarily close any of our locations, that action remains a possibility. Even so, our Pandemic Task Force is obligated to providing service to our customers on a regular basis.
We will continue to stay in close contact with our employees, customers, and local health officials. We are truly optimistic that this will be a temporary situation. We will continue act responsibly to ensure the health and well-being of our employees and customers.
